This rear-view backup camera is designed specifically for Audi A3, S3, A4, S4, A6, A6L, S6, A8, S8, RS4, RS6 and Q7 models, mounting into the factory license plate area to give a clear, wide view when reversing.

It uses a 1/4" CCD image sensor with 728 x 512 effective pixels and 520 TV lines of resolution, and is rated IPX68 for waterproofing so it holds up in wet conditions. The camera supports both NTSC and PAL video standards; if your monitor only accepts one of these formats, let us know after ordering so we can match it, otherwise a system is assigned automatically. Installation is straightforward: mount the camera in the license plate area, connect the power cord to the reverse light circuit, and connect the video cable to the display.
